We went to Monaco to watch the World Athletic Final.


There was an open 1000m race before the main meet and for some reason I decided to run the race. I did not have any track spikes with me, so I bought some racing flats and jumped in the open division.

I started out near the front, but got blocked in just as the leaders were slowing way down.
