Me, Junko, Lerry, and Leftovers went to Alaska in Summer 2000. On the first morning we went golfing in Anchorage.
Next, we went to Girdwood and stayed at the Alyeska Resort. We did a lot of hiking in the nearby mountains. We made it up to an old mine.

We played around in the snow and generally enjoyed the views.
We then continued down the Kinai to visit my aunt and uncle.
We went claming a couple of times. Here are four Ol' SeaDogs scouting for razor clams.
On one of the trips we took a boat across the bay:
We hiked out to an old Russian village and decided to take a short cut up a steep hill on the way back.
On our last day, we climbed up Flat Top mountain on the outskirts of Anchorage.
