I went to Alaska in August 99 for an Astrodynamics Specialist Conference.
Ravi went with me.
We went on several hikes. Here is Ravi crossing a mountain stream:
Here we are during the early stages on a glacier hike. It took us about 2 hours to reach the bottom of the glacier.
On the way up to the glacier we had to cross a few crevices:
Why go around a death-inviting crevice, when you got the hops to go over it?
The was a good size stream flowing out of the glacier:
